About my health

The tricky part of illness is that, as you go through it, your values are constantly changing... You may decide you want to spend your time working as a neurosurgeon, but two months later, you may want to learn to play the saxophone or devote yourself to the church. Death may be a one-time event, but living with terminal illness is a process….

The most important thing is to try and inspire people so that they can be great in whatever they want to do. 🙏🏻🙏🏻💪🏻💪🏻🤍🤍

GUILT

WHEN FEEL GUILTY

A ‘guilt complex’ (more correctly referred to as ‘false guilt’) ‘happens when we feel at blame even when we aren’t sure we did anything wrong. It looks like: constantly worrying you’ve upset others always analysing if you could have done things better feeling guilty for things you didn’t even actually do or for simply having bad thoughts taking responsibility if others are in a bad mood using the terms ‘should have’ and ‘could have’ often letting one small thing that went wrong turn into a day of intense self-criticism a constant belief that if things are not going well, it’s down to something you must have said or done blaming others or practising psychological projection (a defence mechanism against guilt) feeling bad not just for what you might have done, but for who you are.

It was found that those who experienced childhood guilt had lower volumes in the area of the brain involved with self-perception. This means lower self-esteem, one of the main triggers of depression. (Read more in our connected article, Guilt and Depression). Guilt is also a contributing factor to: obsessive compulsive disorder anxiety and anxiety disorders self-harm anxiety and anxiety disorders sleep disorders fear of intimacy and problematic relationships. And guilt often comes hand-in-hand with hidden layers of shame, an emotion that can rule our days.

Not afraid of the dark I’m afraid of not finding the light

Not afraid of the dark I’m afraid of not finding the light

I got a thing for dark souls.

people with fucked up lives just like mine.

See we dont know how to love but we'll teach each other.

Society cant handle us so we'll place our burdens on one and other.

We'll talk about how daddy was a bitch and couldnt be there for us

Mommy tried her hardest but she could never understand us

people like you people like me poeple who saw the wolrd differently.

See we are the darkest lights capable of reaching sunlight

but we are too scared to leave the shadow in fear that they'll

Deem us unreedeemable lost in our own darkness

A outcast chosen to forver be left alone

but we can stiil close our eyes and open our arms wide and find each other

Because we are the darkest lights capable of reaching sunlight

But we are just too damn scared to leave the shadows...

Be honest..

I feel sorry for people who maintain relationships and friendships detrimental to their mental health.
Everyone is guilty of it at one time or another- but the idea is to strive to be your best; right?
So, meanwhile why are so many people faking it? Security? Fear of loneliness? Fears of independence? Fears of being self ? Or just the idea that you can make someone change?

These delusions of what you hope for instead of what's there, where you and your puppet show master focus more on everyone else and less on self. To change the world you must start within. But you must first BE HONEST with yourself.

I hope your recreations are progressive and successful...

Giving is living

Giving is living

Highly sensitive people are too often perceived as weaklings or damaged goods. To feel intensely is not a symptom of weakness, it is the trademark of the truly alive and compassionate. It is not the empath who is broken, it is society that has become dysfunctional and emotionally disabled. There is no shame in expressing your authentic feelings. Those who are at times described as being a 'hot mess' or having 'too many issues' are the very fabric of what keeps the dream alive for a more caring, humane world. Never be ashamed to let your tears shine a light in this world.

Help others without any reason and give Without the expectation of receiving anything in return. You give but little when you give of your possessions. It is when you give of yourself that you truly give. We make a living by what we get.

Compassion asks us to go where it hurts, to enter into the places of pain, to share in brokenness, fear, confusion, and anguish. Compassion challenges us to cry out with those in misery, to mourn with those who are lonely, to weep with those in tears. Compassion requires us to be weak with the weak, vulnerable with the vulnerable, and powerless with the powerless. Compassion means full immersion in the condition of being human.

Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. Always.

Look around you. Who or what is suffering? What needs to change? Where can you make a difference?

Compassionate action right where you are, is how we change the world.
And, never forget this: Kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see. Always be kind...
